Silver Falls

On Saturday Renee ran a half marathon at one of her favorite places -- Silver Falls.  This went behind/near the waterfalls on the trails.  It was a beautiful fall day, with the waterfalls at their full point. For those of you who know about running, and times, you can see that the finish time for a trail run is slower than for a road race.  Typically people run trails about 2 minutes per mile slower than on the road.

Yay for you!!! I'm glad you had a snow-free run. Did you enjoy it? Anyone run with you? I'm excited to hear about it.
