So Cal

It wasn't until a few years ago that I realized So Cal was short for Southern California and not "So California" as in, "that outfit is so California-ish."

Highlights so far include: Fresno farmer's market and discovering that Fred's Plum Tree is actually called "Black Splendor" (yes, we found them!)

Whale Watching. Well, we only saw about 1,000 dolphins and it was very, very exciting. But other people on the boat were disappointed that there were no whales today. We were also thrilled that it wasn't us who got motion sick and threw up in the garbage can.
